- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 3 potatoes, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup red wine (optional)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 2 bay leaves

- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
